{"id":1488,"date":"2020-02-19T17:07:31","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T22:07:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cop-legal.com\/?p=1488"},"modified":"2020-03-30T12:44:10","modified_gmt":"2020-03-30T17:44:10","slug":"declaracion-por-el-app-personas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cop-legal.com\/en\/declaracion-por-el-app-personas\/","title":{"rendered":"DECLARACI\u00d3N DE IMPUESTO A LA RENTA 2019 POR EL APP PERSONAS DE LA SUNAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si durante el 2019 obtuvo rentas de cuarta categor\u00eda o rentas de cuarta y quinta categor\u00eda y tiene un saldo a favor, puede presentar su declaraci\u00f3n y solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del App Personas, para ello deber\u00e1:<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li>Descargar e ingresar al App Personas SUNAT en el celular.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ubicar la opci\u00f3n de \u201cDeclaraci\u00f3n de Renta Anual de Trabajo\u201d e ingresar<br \/>identific\u00e1ndose con el C\u00f3digo de Usuario o DNI y Clave SOL.<\/li>\r\n<li>Verificar en el Formulario Virtual N.\u00ba 709 \u2013 Renta Anual \u2013 Persona Natural, la informaci\u00f3n contenida en este sobre sus rentas de Cuarta categor\u00eda o rentas de Cuarta y Quinta categor\u00edas, gastos, retenciones y pagos del Impuesto que correspondan a dichas rentas, as\u00ed como retenciones y pagos del Impuesto a las Transacciones Financieras.<\/li>\r\n<li>De encontrarse de acuerdo con dicha informaci\u00f3n, se determinar\u00e1 el saldo a su favor, respecto del cual deber\u00e1 seleccionar una de las opciones de uso de dicho saldo.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0Luego de ello, se podr\u00e1 presentar la Declaraci\u00f3n seleccionando la opci\u00f3n \u201cPresenta tu Declaraci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No podr\u00e1n presentar declaraci\u00f3n anual del impuesto a la renta 2019 a trav\u00e9s del APP<br \/>Personas quienes:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arrastren saldos a favor de ejercicios anteriores y los apliquen contra el impuesto y\/o hayan aplicado dichos saldos, de corresponder, contra los pagos a cuenta por rentas de cuarta categor\u00eda durante el ejercicio.<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hubieran percibido rentas de primera y\/o segunda categor\u00edas y\/o rentas de fuente extranjera que correspondan ser sumadas a estas, as\u00ed como rentas de fuente extranjera que correspondan ser sumadas a sus rentas de cuarta o rentas de cuarta y quinta categor\u00edas.<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hayan presentado con anterioridad por el ejercicio gravable a declarar su Declaraci\u00f3n por rentas de cuarta o rentas de cuarta y quinta categor\u00edas.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si durante el 2019 obtuvo rentas de cuarta categor\u00eda o rentas de cuarta y quinta categor\u00eda y tiene un saldo a favor, puede presentar su declaraci\u00f3n y solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del App Personas, para ello deber\u00e1: Descargar e [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":1496,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1488","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.0 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>DECLARACI\u00d3N DE IMPUESTO A LA RENTA 2019 POR EL APP PERSONAS DE LA SUNAT - Costa, Olivares &amp;
