{"id":1834,"date":"2020-06-01T13:10:19","date_gmt":"2020-06-01T18:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cop-legal.com\/?p=1834"},"modified":"2020-06-01T13:11:30","modified_gmt":"2020-06-01T18:11:30","slug":"sacs-podran-constituirse-desde-el-14-de-diciembre-de-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cop-legal.com\/en\/sacs-podran-constituirse-desde-el-14-de-diciembre-de-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"SACS PODR\u00c1N CONSTITUIRSE DESDE EL 14 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante Resoluci\u00f3n del Superintendente Nacional de los Registros P\u00fablicos N\u00b0 061-2020-SUNARP\/SN, publicado el d\u00eda de hoy en el diario oficial El Peruano, se dispuso que, a partir del 14 de diciembre de 2020, la SUNARP brinde, a nivel nacional, el servicio de constituci\u00f3n de Sociedad por Acciones Cerrada Simplificada \u2013 SACS, as\u00ed como su inscripci\u00f3n en el Registro de Sociedades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ello, la Sunarp aprob\u00f3 diversos formatos estandarizados de constituci\u00f3n de SACS, con sus respectivas constancias y declaraciones juradas que se acompa\u00f1an al acto constitutivo, los cuales se encuentran publicados en el portal institucional de la Sunarp y se incorporar\u00e1n en el M\u00f3dulo SACS del SID-SUNARP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adicional a ello, la Sunat asigna autom\u00e1ticamente el n\u00famero de Registro \u00danico de Contribuyente &#8211; RUC con la inscripci\u00f3n de la constituci\u00f3n de la SACS.
