{"id":1845,"date":"2020-06-04T19:28:10","date_gmt":"2020-06-05T00:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cop-legal.com\/?p=1845"},"modified":"2020-06-04T19:28:10","modified_gmt":"2020-06-05T00:28:10","slug":"sunarp-dispone-el-empleo-de-partes-notariales-firmados-digitalmente-de-mandatos-y-poderes-constitucion-de-sociedades-y-eirl-y-transferencias-vehiculares-a-nivel-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cop-legal.com\/en\/sunarp-dispone-el-empleo-de-partes-notariales-firmados-digitalmente-de-mandatos-y-poderes-constitucion-de-sociedades-y-eirl-y-transferencias-vehiculares-a-nivel-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"SUNARP: DISPONE EL EMPLEO DE PARTES NOTARIALES FIRMADOS DIGITALMENTE DE MANDATOS Y PODERES, CONSTITUCI\u00d3N DE SOCIEDADES Y EIRL, Y TRANSFERENCIAS VEHICULARES A NIVEL NACIONAL."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mediante Resoluci\u00f3n del Superintendente Nacional de los Registros P\u00fablicos N\u00b0 064-2020- SUNARP\/SN, publicada ayer 03 de junio de 2020 en el diario oficial El Peruano, se dispuso el empleo de partes notariales firmados digitalmente y su tr\u00e1mite exclusivo en todas las Oficinas Registrales del pa\u00eds, a trav\u00e9s del Sistema de Intermediaci\u00f3n Digital de la SUNARP (SID-SUNARP) de mandatos y poderes, constituci\u00f3n de sociedades y EIRL, y transferencias<br \/>\nvehiculares a nivel nacional, conforme al siguiente detalle:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>A partir del 08 de junio de 2020, los partes notariales conteniendo actos a inscribirse en el Registro de Mandatos y Poderes.<\/li>\n<li>A partir del 10 de junio de 2020, los partes notariales conteniendo el acto constitutivo de Sociedades An\u00f3nimas, Sociedades An\u00f3nimas Cerradas, Sociedades Comerciales de Responsabilidad Limitada y Empresas Individuales de Responsabilidad Limitada a inscribirse en el Registro de Personas Jur\u00eddicas.<\/li>\n<li>A partir del 15 de junio de 2020, los partes notariales conteniendo los actos de compraventa, donaci\u00f3n, daci\u00f3n en pago, anticipo de leg\u00edtima y permuta de veh\u00edculo a inscribirse en el Registro de Propiedad Vehicular.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cabe precisar que la norma citada, hace referencia a los partes notariales se\u00f1alados precedentemente, comprenden \u00fanicamente los traslados de instrumentos p\u00fablicos, extendidos por notarios en el territorio nacional.
