I have advised national and foreign companies in contractual, corporate, and civil patrimonial matters, in the design of efficient legal structures for the establishment and development of business in Peru. Furthermore, I provide advice on merger and acquisition operations, company reorganizations, foreign investment and legal audit processes. Regarding labor issues, I advise companies in consulting and coordination with human resources managers for the elaboration and implementation of labor relations plans and strategies in general.

In addition to having worked in important companies and law firms in Peru, I have had the opportunity to work in international firms such as Kidd Rapinet LLP in London; and BDO Lawyers in Madrid.

Academically, I published different articles on Law. Thus, I highlight my direction and participation as an author in the book «Manual de Derecho en los Negocios» published by Thomson Reuters and Co- authorship in the «Manual de Competencias de las Entidades de Fiscalización Ambiental de Ámbito Nacional» published by the Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental – OEFA.
