Specialized in Consumer Protection Law and with experience in the financial sector, focused on the analysis, resolution and management of highly complex claims within the framework of administrative and consumer regulations.

His professional practice focuses primarily on Consumer and Financial Protection Law, serving as a Junior Lawyer in the Financial Customer Ombudsman’s Office of the Association of Banks of Peru (ASBANC), where he leads work teams, evaluates the admissibility of claims, attends to customer inquiries and prepares resolutions based on financial, administrative and consumer protection regulations.

Furthermore, he develops a relevant practice in Administrative Law, participating in administrative procedures related to consumer complaints, application of Indecopi criteria, regulatory analysis and training aimed at financial entities regarding the standards applicable in the resolution of complaints.

He has developed his professional experience both as a junior lawyer and as a professional and pre-professional trainee, even assuming the functions of head of the Financial Customer Advocacy in the absence of the main lawyer, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
